Exterior and Interior Design

The new 300C possesses a more elegant shape and look. Up front, Chrysler moves to a new corporate grille, the thin horizontal chrome bars give the new 300C an additional edge and add elegance. Smoothed headlight clusters integrated with a much more integrated front bumper.

Powertrains and Performance

The 2011 Chrysler 300 offers improved aerodynamics, axle ratios and drivetrains. Chrysler’s all-new Pentastar 3.6-liter V6 engines provide 290 horsepower and  close to 30mpg on the highway.

The new 3.6 liter engine is not the only new component that you will find under the hood of the 2011 Chrysler 300; instead of a five-speed automatic transmission, an eight-speed automatic transmission is planned. This will result in better fuel efficiency, along with changes to the aerodynamic profile of the car.

Safety

Traction control and antilock brakes are optional on the 300 Touring but standard on all other models. Side curtain airbags are also standard.
